Catalyst Group is made up of two registered providers of social housing (Catalyst Housing Limited and Aldwyck Housing Group Limited) and their subsidiaries. It owns and operates 32,000 homes from London to Northamptonshire and provides housing and related services to 50,000 customers. The company structure is set out below.

We collect personal information from you when you request services by completing an online report or form. We will only collect information that is relevant to providing our online services. Direct Debit vouchers

The following terms and conditions apply: 

  • Customers will need to start paying by Direct Debit and continue to do so for three consecutive months (or equivalent if you pay weekly - 12 consecutive payments - or fortnightly - six consecutive payments) to qualify for the one off £20 shopping voucher
  • All customers who have made consecutive Direct Debit payments over three months will automatically be entered in to two prize draws to win £500 shopping vouchers. The draws will be carried out in January 2019 and April 2019
  • The winners will be selected at random 
  • No cash alternative is provided.
