We really like it when our customers get involved. Here are a variety of ways to get involved that don’t all have to result in coming to a meeting!
Area or Estate Champions
You can act as a champion for your estate, street or group of properties. This could involve helping our Officers carry out inspections and monitoring the services that we and others provide.
E mail consultation Group
You could agree that we could send you surveys or questions by email when we needed an opinion from a group of Residents, this wouldn’t have to happen too regularly so we wouldn’t fill your in-box!
We are reviewing a large number of our policies so we would like residents to be involved in the content of these crucial documents. We are looking for a group of interested Residents who we could send draft documents to, by post or email, who would review the documents in terms of content and of course to see if they make sense. As an example when we look at the ASB policy you can tell us if we are tackling Anti Social Behaviour in a way that can solve problems or if we are missing something that would make a difference in your area.
We would like to find a group of residents who are willing to work with us on designing new leaflets and producing the newsletters that we send out twice a year. We want to produce information that’s useful and that people read so your input here is essential. Of course we also have more formal involvement methods which include:
We will be asking Residents to work with us on developing local offers, (services specific to an area), these offers could include things such as agreeing cleaning schedules for estates or agreeing changes to our gardening/caretaking services.
The Resident Forum and Resident Associations
These are more formal groups that meet to discuss issues such as local problems and policy issues for King Street
However you want to be involved please contact us to let us know, email@example.com
