Customer Service Satisfaction Survey 2019
We are starting our Customer Service Satisfaction Survey this week which is a survey that we carry out every year.
The survey is carried out by our market research agency Voluntas so you may recieve a call from them asking if you wish to take part. If you do recieve a call we would really appreciate it if you can spare a little bit of time to answer some questions.
The type of questions you will be asked:
- How satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the overall quality of your home?
- How satisfied or dissatisfied are you that your rent provides value for money?
- How satisfied or dissatisfied are you that Aldwyck gives you the opportunity to make your views known?
- If you could ask Aldwyck to improve one aspect of their service, what would it be?
If you have advised us that you do not wish to be surveyed you will not recieve a call.
