Tom Dacey

Tom Dacey Tom is an experienced housing association professional. He joined The Riverside Group as a Trainee Housing Manager in 1971 and progressed to Chief Executive of Weston Pennine Housing Association in 1984 with time spent at Liverpool Housing Trust. He qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, later becoming a Fellow Member. Tom was appointed Group Chief Executive of Southern Housing Group in 1995 and retired in August 2018. He now devotes his time to Non-Executive roles both within and outside the housing association sector.

Our Executive

The responsibility for the day to day management of Aldwyck is delegated to the Chief Executive who, with five other Executive Directors, manages around 500 staff to deliver service to our customers and stakeholders.
